I love all the dialogue, it's so cute. I can't bring myself to not offer to split our pancakes though, who would be such a monster?? I think the game could benefit from some simple, airy backgrounds, like watercolors or something like that in the future. I'm excited to see how it turns out! :)
Super cute so far! I really like the option of outfits and the food choices. Tho, I think formatting the game for a full screen play through may make it look more polished as you go. Right now the setup looks different for both browser and fullscreen modes. Even with that though, the game runs nice and is very delightful to go through again and again. You have a good amount of options that give different dialogues and it all really fleshes out the world even more. :)
I really enjoy the colors and the feel of the game so far. I think centering the text and the characters more to the left would read as more polished in future versions (on my pc they are not centered, and it gets ruined in full screen mode). It is very interesting to make the route choices based off of what food you ordered!
Another suggestion is to add different text variations to the flavor text words, such as the sizzling bacon. I feel this could add to the charm and personality of the game you've already added so far!
I like the idea of the anxiety counter but I also think it'd be neat to counteract with a confidence meter or something? Maybe making solid choices or things can add confidence or just lower the anxiety I guess? Idk but I enjoy how you describe the events happening; it gives the mc personality and is very cool
I think it would be cool to add some kind of counter like maybe charisma and any other stats for yourself, or maybe a way to track how your date is feeling. It could be a cool way to describe how your date or yourself are feeling/doing throughout the date without telling us outright. Love this idea!
I like the idea of an anxiety mechanic, and I like how there is some doubt no matter which outfit you choose. I can't wait to see how it comes together!

I like the options of choosing your own outfit! If you can make like cool images representing them that would be a cool idea too :)))))
